Achieve Running Plan

This plan is excellent for a runner who would like more support and feedback about how training is progressing. It’s the perfect balance.

  • Completion of a questionnaire and waiver.
  • Consultation of your current fitness level and race goals via phone or email.
  • Personalized training plan that will be delivered in four week intervals on Training Peaks.
  • Correspondence each week regarding your runs and for evaluation and support via email.
  • Weekly evaluation of workouts.
  • Assistance with race day strategy.
  • In-person coach and athlete sessions (fees apply, $55 per hour).

Achieve Running Plan

Workouts will be sent to you every four weeks.

Pinnacle Running Plan

If you would like daily input and unlimited access to your coach, then this is the plan for you.

  • Completion of a questionnaire and a waiver.
  • Initial consultation in person, on the phone, or by email about your current level of fitness and race goals.
  • Personalized plan to be delivered to your email every two weeks and unlimited adjustments on Training Peaks.
  • Daily evaluation of workouts.
  • Heart rate zone training.
  • Unlimited access to coach via email, messaging, or phone calls.
  • Assistance with planning your race day strategy.
  • In-person coach and athlete sessions (fees apply, $55 per hour).
