Strategy Triathlon Plan

If you are an experienced triathlete and just want a training plan to shake up your usual plan, then this might be for you.

  • Completion of waiver and questionnaire.
  • Consultation via phone or email to discuss your current fitness level and goals.
  • Training plan. The plan will be personalized for your ability level, but will not have ongoing support throughout the training cycle.

  • 12 weeks $120
  • 16 weeks $160

Achieve Triathlon Plan

This plan is excellent for a triathlete who would like more support and feedback about how training is progressing.

  • Completion of a questionnaire and waiver.
  • Consultation of your current fitness level and race goals via phone or email.
  • Personalized training plan that will be delivered in four week intervals on Training Peaks.
  • Correspondence each week regarding your swims, bikes, and runs and for evaluation and support via email.
  • Weekly evaluation of training.
  • In-person or virtual evaluation of swimming form and technique at the beginning of your training.
  • In-person sessions (fees apply, $55 per hour).
  • Assistance with race day strategy.

*Cost: $200 per four week intervals or $150 if prepaid for 3 months. If you attend my class at the Haverford Area Y or are a military service member or military family member, you get 15% off this plan.

Pinnacle Triathlon Plan

If you would like daily feedback and unlimited access to your coach, then this plan is for you.

  • Completion of a questionnaire and a waiver.
  • Initial consultation in person, on the phone, or by email about your current level of fitness and race goals.
  • Personalized plan to be delivered to you every two weeks on Training Peaks.
  • Daily evaluation of training.
  • Heart rate training.
  • Strength training once or twice a week.
  • Assistance with planning your race day strategy.
  • In person or virtual evaluation of swimming form at the beginning, middle, and end of your training cycle. Training cycles are typically 16 weeks long.
  • In person coach and athlete sessions (fees apply $55 per hour).
  • Unlimited access to coach via email, messaging, or phone calls.

*Cost: $250 per four week interval or $200 if prepaid for 3 months. If you attend my class at the Haverford Area Y or are a military service member or military family member, you get 15% off this plan.
