Preseason Plan

If you would like a general plan to keep you in shape or to build base mileage when you’re not training for a race, then this plan is for you. This plan will include some cross training, strength training, and less overall mileage.

Here is what the Preseason Plan entails:

  • Completion of a questionnaire and a waiver.
  • Initial consultation on the phone or by email about your current level of fitness.
  • An eight week plan with cross training and strength training.

*Cost: $50 for all 8 weeks.

*Prices subject to change for all plans.

Payment is due via PayPal or Google Wallet to greekgirlruns@gmail.com before the training plan is sent to you.  No refunds will be issued for any reason.
