If you would like a general plan to keep you in shape or to build base mileage when you’re not training for a race, then this plan is for you. This plan will include some cross training, strength training, and less overall mileage.
Here is what the Preseason Plan entails:
- Completion of a questionnaire and a waiver.
- Initial consultation on the phone or by email about your current level of fitness.
- An eight week plan with cross training and strength training.
